Cape Omega is to buy the Wintershall Dea subsidiary’s 5.0304% interest in the Nyhamna gas processing and storage terminal.

Solveig Gas Norway is to buy its 13.255% interest in the Polarled gas pipeline.

Alv Solheim, managing director of Wintershall Dea in Norway, said the transaction, which is subject to government approvals, “is in line with our strategy of focusing on our upstream activities and ambition to capture future growth opportunities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.”
