    Nov/Dec 2025 | Oman LNG LLC is Oman’s flagship LNG producer, operating a three-train plant with a total capacity of 10.4 million tonnes/year at Qalhat near Sur. Established in 1994, the company is majority-owned by the Government of Oman (51%), with Shell holding a 30% stake. Oman LNG converts Omani natural gas into LNG—along with NGLs—for export to global markets.
