Light, sweet crude oil prices dropped below $56/bbl on Nov. 29 on the New York market while Brent crude oil prices settled under $63/bbl.
The January contract for light, sweet crude dropped $2.94 to $55.17/bbl on while the February contract decreased $2.91 to $55.14/bbl.
The January natural gas price decreased 2¢ to $2.28/MMbtu on Nov. 29.
Ultralow-sulfur diesel for December dropped almost 7¢ to a rounded $1.88/gal. The NYMEX reformulated gasoline blendstock for December decreased 8¢ to a rounded $1.60/gal.
Brent crude for January decreased $1.63 to $62.43/bbl. The February contract was down $2.52 to settle at $60.49/bbl.
Gas oil for December decreased $15.50 to $572.00/tonne on Nov. 29. The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries’ basket of crudes on Nov. 29 was $63.83/bbl, down 11¢.
