Light, sweet crude oil prices on the New York Mercantile Exchange for November fell 47¢ to $53.31/bbl on Oct. 21 while the December contract declined 36¢ to $53.51/bbl.
The November natural gas price fell 8.2¢ to reach a rounded $2.24/MMbtu on Oct. 21. The December contract also was down, decreasing 7.6¢ to a rounded $2.44/MMbtu.
Ultralow-sulfur diesel for November fell a fraction of a penny to settle at a rounded $1.94/gal.
The NYMEX reformulated gasoline blendstock for November lost a rounded 1.6¢ on Oct. 21 to reach a rounded $1.61/gal.
Brent crude for December declined 46¢ to $58.96/bbl. The January contract was down 41¢ to settle at $58.68/bbl.
Gas oil for November fell $7.25 to $582/tonne on Oct. 21.
The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries’ basket of crudes on Oct. 21 was down 56¢ to $59.50/bbl.
