Infinity Natural Resources names Baetz to succeed Sproule as CFO

Baetz most recently served as chief financial officer of Boart Longyear, a drilling services and equipment company.

Infinity Natural Resources Inc. has appointed Cary Baetz as executive vice-president and chief financial officer (CFO) and Andrew Judge as senior vice-president of finance. Both appointments are effective Aug. 12, 2026.

Baetz succeeds David Sproule, who has resigned from his position as executive vice-president and CFO, effective Aug. 12, 2026.

Baetz holds more than 30 years of financial leadership expertise spanning the energy, oilfield services, and industrial sectors. He most recently served as CFO of Boart Longyear, a drilling services and equipment company. Before joining Boart Longyear, he served as executive vice-president, CFO, and a member of the board of directors of Berry Corp. Before that, he served as CFO and treasurer of Seventy Seven Energy.

Judge has more than 15 years of financial and engineering leadership experience across the upstream oil and gas sector. He most recently served as vice-president of finance and business development at Encino Energy. Before Encino, Judge was an associate on the investment team at Quantum Energy Partners.
