Strike Energy appoints Robertson as CEO, managing director

Strike Energy Ltd. has named Shelley Robertson as chief executive officer and managing director, effective June 1.

Her appointment comes following the resignation of Peter Stokes after his 11 months of service in the roles, the Australian company said in a release May 11.

Robertson has more than 30 years’ experience across oil and gas, mining, energy, and infrastructure, including roles as chief operating officer at Fortescue Ltd., executive general manager of energy at Mineral Resources Ltd., and chief executive officer and managing director at Norwest Energy NL.
