Serica Energy plc, London, has appointed Chris Cox as chief executive officer, effective July 1, 2024.
He will succeed David Latin, the company’s chairman, who has been serving a temporary role as interim chief executive officer.
Cox has over 40 years of experience in oil and gas roles. For the last 20 years he has served in roles including chief executive officer of Spirit Energy, interim chief executive officer at Capricorn Energy, and chairman of Kellas Midstream.
