Affiliates of Dallas-based private energy fund Silver Hill Energy Partners III LP agreed to acquire certain Haynesville assets in Caddo Parish, La., and Harrison and Panola Counties, Tex., from Pine Wave Energy Partners LLC, a portfolio company of Old Ironsides Energy LLC. Terms were not disclosed.
The assets to be sold consist of about 12,500 net acres with ownership interests in 10 operated wells with about 100 MMcfd of production. All associated midstream infrastructure, including 18 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines in Caddo Parish and Panola County, are included.
Closing is expected in this year’s second quarter, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions.
