Dana Petroleum lets service contract for Triton FPSO

Dana Petroleum (E&P) Ltd. has let an offshore shutdown support services contract to EnerMech for the Triton floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) vessel about 120 miles east of Aberdeen in the North Sea.

EnerMech’s services include flange management, bolt torque and tensioning, on-site machining, nitrogen purging, nitrogen and helium leak detection, and drain, flush, purge and vent. EnerMech will use a digital solution for flange management and leak testing for full lifecycle tracking and real-time insights.

The contract contains a 3-year fixed term contract with a further two by 2-year extension option periods.

The Triton FPSO lies in Block 21/30 about 120 miles east of Aberdeen, and produces oil and gas from Bittern, Clapham, Pict, Saxon, and Guillemot area subsea infrastructure (OGJ Online June 30, 2025).

Dana Petroleum is operator of the Triton FPSO (52%) with joint venture partners Serica Energy Mistral Ltd. (46%) and Waldorf Production UK plc/Waldorf Petroleum Resources Ltd. (2%).
