Chrysaor Norge AS has been awarded permits for North Sea wells 15/12-25 and 15/12-26 in PL 973 by Norwegian Petroleum Directorate. The license is in Block 15/12.
The exploration wells will be the first two in the license and will be drilled from the COSL Innovator semisubmersible drilling rig. Well 15/12-25 will be drilled about 7 km northwest of Rev field, and 15/12-26 will be drilled about 10 km south of the 15/12-21 (Grevling) oil discovery.
Chrysaor Norge is operator at PL 973 (50%) with partners OKEA ASA (30%) and Petoro AS (20%).
