The international offshore rig count for February was 250, up 8 units from the 242 counted in January, and up 56 from the 194 units counted in February 2018.

The worldwide rig count for February was 2,306 units, up 41 from the 2,265 counted in January, and up 135 units from the 2,171 counted in February 2018.

The average US rig count for February was 1,049, down 16 units from the 1,065 counted in January, and up 80 units from the 969 counted in February 2018.

Europe is up 8 units with 94 in February and up 10 units year-over-year.

Latin America is down 13 units from the previous month at 182 and down 17 units year-over-year.

The Asia-Pacific region is up 8 units to 240 and up 30 units from its year-ago average.
