DT Midstream board names CEO Slater as chairman

David Slater will remain as chief executive officer of the company, while the company's chief operating officer, Christopher Zona, will also assume the role of president.

The board of directors of DT Midstream Inc. has elected David Slater as executive chairman of the board of directors, effective Jan. 28, 2026.

He succeeds Robert Skaggs Jr., who will remain a member of the board.

Slater has served as the company’s president and chief executive officer since May 6, 2021, and as a member of the company’s board since June 3, 2021. Slater, who holds over 30 years of energy-industry experience, will remain as chief executive officer.

The board also appointed Christopher Zona, the company’s executive vice-president and chief operating officer, to the position of president, effective Jan. 28, 2026. Zona, who has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, will continue to serve as the company’s chief operating officer.
