EnLink Midstream LLC will appoint Jesse Arenivas as chief executive officer and a director of the company upon the retirement of Barry E. Davis. Davis will step down from his position as chairman and chief executive officer on June 20, 2022, after 25 years of leadership of the company he co-founded. He will continue in an advisory role until Aug. 31, 2022.
Arenivas will join EnLink after almost 20 years with Kinder Morgan Inc. (KMI). He served as president of the CO2 segment since 2014 and was appointed president of KMI's Energy Transition Ventures team upon its formation in early 2021.
Leldon E. Echols will become chairman of the board. He remains the chair of the board's audit committee and a member of the board's governance and compensation committee. Echols has been a director since EnLink’s formation in 2014 and a member of EnLink's predecessor company's board since 2008.
