CGX Energy Inc. has appointed Todd Durkee as vice-president of development. Durkee will oversee the development aspects of the company's projects on its petroleum prospecting licenses and deepwater port development.
Durkee has 33 years of experience in oil and gas operations. He was most recently vice-president of worldwide deepwater drilling and completions at Anadarko Petroleum Corp.
CGX, a Canadian oil and gas exploration company, holds interests in three licenses in the Guyana basin, and through its wholly owned subsidiary, Grand Canal Industrial Estates Inc., is involved in the development of the Berbice Deep Water Port in Region 6, Guyana.
