Lukoil has appointed the general director of Lukoil Uzbekistan Operating Co., Stepan Gurzhiy, as representative of the president of Lukoil in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan.

He will be responsible for enhancing cooperation of Lukoil group organizations in the countries.
