Fearn will succeed Svein Skeie who has served as acting chief financial officer since November following the resignation of Lars Christian Bacher (OGJ Online, Oct. 23, 2020). Skeie will become senior vice-president CFO performance management and risk.
Fearn is currently director of group finance at BT PLC.
