Ring Energy appoints McKinney CEO, chairman

Ring Energy Inc., Midland, Tex., had appointed Paul D. McKinney as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors. Tim Rochford, co-founder and current chairman of the board, will remain in an ongoing advisory capacity.

McKinney’s most recent role was president, chief executive officer, and director of SandRidge Energy where he served from January 2019 to December 2019. McKinney previously spent 23 years with Anadarko Petroleum Corp.
