Ring Energy Inc., Midland, has made executive management changes, effective Dec. 31, 2020.
Alex Dyes has been promoted to executive vice-president of engineering and corporate strategy; Marinos Baghdati has been promoted to executive vice-president of operations; and Hollie Lamb has been promoted to vice-president of compliance and general manager of the Midland, Tex., office.
David A. Fowler will step down as president but will remain in Midland in a consulting capacity taking over for Bill Parsons managing investor relations. Fowler also will assist Dyes with business development. Danny Wilson, who has served as executive vice-president and chief operating officer since 2013, leave the company following the conclusion of a transition period, the company said.
