Fort Worth-based exploration and production firm Lilis Energy Inc. reported that Joseph C. Daches was appointed chief executive officer.
Daches, who was serving as the company’s interim CEO, joined Lilis Energy in 2016 and has more than 25 years of experience in strategy and finance in primarily small and midsize oil and gas companies.
Lilis Energy operates in the Permian’s Delaware basin where it holds a total net of 20,000 acres.
