Joe Daches, president and chief financial officer of Lilis Energy Inc., Houston, has been named interim chief executive officer following announcement of the retirement of Chairman and CEO Ron Ormand.

Joe Daches, president and chief financial officer of Lilis Energy Inc., Houston, has been named interim chief executive officer following announcement of the retirement of Chairman and CEO Ron Ormand.

David M. Wood succeeds Ormand as chairman.
