Perenco UK has completed the plug and abandonment of three subsea wells at Gawain field in the UK Southern North Sea, including removal of the associated subsea infrastructure.
The campaign, part of decommissioning activities, lasted over 160 days. Continued work this year includes post decommissioning surveys to ensure the seabed is left clear and clean, the company said in a release Mar. 12.
