Petrobras concludes sale of Lagoa Parda Cluster

Petróleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) closed the sale of its entire stake in the onshore fields of the Lagoa Parda Cluster in the state of Espírito Santo, near the city of Linhares, Brazil, to Imetame Energia Lagoa Parda Ltda., an affiliate of Imetame Energia Ltda., for $10.8 million.

The Lagoa Parda Cluster comprises three onshore concessions: Lagoa Parda, Lagoa Parda Norte, and Lagoa Piabanha. Average production of the cluster from January to August was about 113.5 bo/d and 1,700 cu m/day of natural gas.

Petrobras is operator of the cluster with 100% equity interest.
