Continental completes two additional STACK wells in Custer County

Continental Resources Corp., Oklahoma City, completed two STACK wells to the Meramec formation from the same pad in Custer County, Okla., drilling partner FIG Tree Capital Ventures reported.

The Rockin Dobbin 1-23-14-11XHM had 24-hr production reach a peak rate of 216 bbl of oil and 17.8 MMcf of gas. The Zettie 1-23-26XHM 24-hr production peaked at just over 100 bbl of oil and 21 MMcf of gas.

The results closely follow the Continental-operated Miller Family 1-13-24XH and Yoder 1-13-12XH wells drilled to the same formation in Custer County. The Miller Family’s 24-hr production rate reached a peak of 17.6 MMcf of gas and 91 bbl of oil. The Yoder’s 24-hour production rate peaked at 17.1 MMcf of gas and 60 bbl of oil.

Continental is actively developing this area of Custer County utilizing multiple rigs and drilling multiple wellbores from each pad site.
