Equinor granted North Sea drilling permit

Equinor Energy AS has been granted a permit by the Norwegian Offshore Directorate for drilling in the North Sea.

Exploration well 16/4-14 will be drilled in production license 1174 S by the COSLInnovator semisubmersible beginning in September.

Equinor is operator of the license with 80% interest. Petoro AS holds the remaining 20%.
