Vår Energi granted North Sea drilling permit

Vår Energi ASA has been granted a permit by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate for exploration wells 25/7-12 S and 25/7-12 A in production license 917 in the North Sea.

Vår Energi ASA has been granted a permit by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) for exploration wells 25/7-12 S and 25/7-12 A in production license (PL) 917 in the North Sea.

The wells will be drilled by the Deepsea Yantai semisubmersible drilling rig.

Vår Energi is operator of the license with 40% interest. Partners are Aker BP ASA (40%) and Equinor Energy AS (20%).
