PGNiG granted permit for Norwegian Sea drilling

PGNiG Norway Upstream AS has been granted a permit by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate to drill in production license 1017 in the Norwegian Sea.

Exploration well 6608/1-1 S will be drilled by Odfjell Drilling AS’s Deepsea Yantai semisubmersible drilling rig.

PGNiG Norway Upstream is operator of the license with 50% interest. Partners are Equinor Energy AS (40%) and Longboat Energy Norge AS (10%).
