DJ South Gathering launches open season for Denver-Julesburg basin crude transport

Elevation Midstream LLC subsidiary DJ South Gathering LLC launched a binding open season to obtain long-term shipper commitments to support development of a proposed new system to gather and transport crude oil from receipt points in Arapahoe County, Co., to delivery points at the Platteville Complex and Lucerne Station in Weld County, Co. 

The pipeline—a common carrier liquids product pipeline transporting crude oil—will consist of new pipeline construction combined with historically underutilized capacity on DJ South Gathering’s existing trunk line system in the Denver-Julesburg basin. The line is expected to become operational during this year’s fourth quarter.

The open season began May 20, 2026, and will close at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on June 22, 2026.
