Enterprise Products Partners LP affiliate Enterprise TE Products Pipeline Co. LLC is conducting a binding open season for incremental volumes of diluent on the company’s existing 20-in. OD pipeline in conjunction with an expansion of the system.
The pipeline originates in Mont Belvieu, Tex., and extends to the Chicago-area market, connecting to third-party pipelines with access to Canadian markets for diluent.
The expanded capacity would be accomplished through system upgrades and incremental pumping horsepower and would not adversely affect any existing shippers on the TE Products Pipeline, the company said.
The binding open season began June 4, 2024, and continues until 5 p.m. CDT on July 3, 2024. Pending sufficient shipper commitments, the expanded service is expected to be available in July 2025.
