ADNOC Gas Plc has entered into a 3-year LNG supply agreement with Germany’s SEFE Securing Energy for Europe for delivery of 0.7 million tonnes of LNG with deliveries beginning this year.

The agreement, valued at about $400 million (AED1.5 billion) over its term, is for LNG supplied from ADNOC Gas’ 6-million tonnes/year (tpy) Das Island liquefaction plant.

The agreement comes as SEFE works to add to its LNG supplier network. Earlier this week, SEFE signed a deal to source LNG from Venture Global Inc. for an additional 0.75 million tpy of LNG from CP2 LNG for 20 years (OGJ Online, July 9, 2025).
