Driven by rising Permian output and LNG export demand, US midstream operators are preparing to add 44.9 bcfd of new natural gas pipeline capacity by 2027, with most projects already under construction.
Repsol has inaugurated its second renewable diesel plant in Spain at Puertollano, producing 200,000 tonnes/year from used cooking oil and organic waste.
Initial plans include waterflood expansion from Gran Tierra-operated Acordionero field into Tisquirama and San Roque fields before production acceleration through wellbore optimization and infill drilling.
The moves include an MoU with Egypt and ExxonMobil for potential regional gas commercialization, as well as acquired stakes in Uruguayan offshore blocks.
