HOUSTON, Nov. 19 – Heritage Oil PLC said shooting of 800 line-km of 2D seismic is expected to start in December 2010 on Block 11 in eastern Mali.
Heritage operates Blocks 7 and 11 totaling more than 72,000 sq km in the Gao graben. It is earning a 75% working interest by financing the minimum work program of seismic acquisition and drilling one exploratory well.
Heritage’s partner is Mali Oil Developments SARL, a subsidiary of Centric Energy Corp., London.
