Santos names Harris as CFO

Santos Ltd. appointed Lachlan Harris as chief financial officer. The appointment was made mid-December 2025.

Harris had been overseeing the company’s financial operations as acting chief financial officer since October 2025 following the resignation of Sherry Duhe.

Since joining Santos in 2010, Lachlan has held a range of senior finance roles including treasurer and deputy chief financial officer, and group controller from 2019 to 2023.
