APA promotes Rayphole to chief accounting officer

APA Corp. has promoted Robert Rayphole to vice-president, chief accounting officer, and controller, effective Nov. 15.

Rayphole will lead APA’s accounting department, providing oversight of the company’s accounting organization and overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.

Rebecca Hoyt previously served as APA’s chief accounting officer and controller. She announced her retirement earlier this year after 33 years of service with the company.

Rayphole joined the company in 2002. He was named assistant controller in 2011.
