Amplify Energy Corp., Houston, has named Martyn Willsher, the company’s current interim chief executive officer and chief financial officer, as president and chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors.
Jason McGlynn, Amplify’s current vice-president of business development, has been named senior vice-president and chief financial officer. Chris Hamm, Amplify’s current lead director, has been appointed chairman of the board. Amplify’s former chairman, David Proman, will continue to serve as a member of the board.
Amplify is engaged in the acquisition, development, exploration and production of oil and natural gas properties with operations focused in Oklahoma, the Rockies, offshore California, East Texas / North Louisiana and South Texas.
