MD America emerges from Chapter 11 with restructured management

MD America Energy LLC and its subsidiaries has emerged from Chapter 11 with restructured management.

MD America Energy LLC and its subsidiaries has emerged from Chapter 11 with restructured management (OGJ Online, Oct. 13, 2020). The company's plan of reorganization was confirmed by the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas Houston Division on Dec. 14, 2020.

Mike Dye has been appointed as the new chief executive officer. Dye most recently served as the company's chief financial officer. Tim Bozeman will serve as the company's chief operating officer. Brooklyn George serves as the company's chief financial officer.

MD America is a Texas based oil and gas operating company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation and production of crude oil and natural gas properties in East Texas. Assets currently consist of 71,000 net acres with over 300 drilled and operated wells.
