Pioneer Natural Resources Co., Dallas, realigned certain members of its management committee.
Richard P. Dealy, currently executive vice-president and chief financial officer, has been named president and chief operating officer. He has served as chief financial officer since 2004 and has spent 28 years with the company.
Neal H. Shah, currently vice-president, investor relations, has been named senior vice-president and chief financial officer. Neal has served as vice president, investor relations since joining Pioneer in 2017.
Elizabeth A. McDonald, currently vice-president, Permian strategic planning and field development (SPFD), has been named senior vice-president, SPFD and marketing. She has served in her current role since 2019. She initially joined Pioneer in 2005.
The appointments are effective Jan. 1, 2021.
