Citgo Petroleum Corp. has appointed Edgar Rincon as chief operating officer and executive vice-president, effective Aug. 10.
Rincon previously served as senior vice-president of operations for the Western Hemisphere for Nabors Industries. He also held the roles of senior vice-president of operations for the US, chief procurement officer, and vice-president of supply chain at Nabors.
Rincon has been a member of the company’s board of directors since February 2019.
