Tallgrass Energy LP has appointed Crystal Heter as chief operating officer, effective immediately.
Heter has been with the midstream energy infrastructure company since its inception in 2012, and most recently served as segment president, natural gas transportation and president of the Rockies Express Pipeline (REX).
