ConocoPhillips has named William Bullock, Jr. as executive vice-president and chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1.
Bullock, currently president, Asia Pacific Middle East, succeeds Don E. Wallette, Jr., who will retire as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Aug. 31, after 39 years with the company.
