Mills to serve an interim CEO of Roan Resources

    Joseph A. Mills has been appointed executive chairman of Roan Resources Inc. and has assumed the duties of principal executive officer on an interim basis following the resignation of Tony Maranto as chairman, chief executive officer, and president, for personal reasons.

    Joseph A. Mills has been appointed executive chairman of Roan Resources Inc. and has assumed the duties of principal executive officer on an interim basis following the resignation of Tony Maranto as chairman, chief executive officer, and president, for personal reasons.

    Mills, currently president and chief executive officer of Samson Resources II LLC, has served on board of Roan Resources since November 2018 (OGJ Online, Feb. 20, 2017).

    Roan plans to engage an executive search firm to find a permanent replacement for the chief executive officer position.
