Serafino Iacono has been named interim chief executive officer of CruzSur Energy Corp., Vancouver, BC, after the resignations of several top company executives.
Departing Pres. and CEO Ralph Gillcrist, Chief Operating Officer Alan Aitchison, and Vice-Pres. Business Development and Pres. Argengina Rafael Orunesu have agreed to serve as advisors for 3 months.
Also resigning is Chairman Jeffrey Scott.
Iacono and Frederico Restrepo have been named directors.
