Gary E. Gould will join EQT Corp., Pittsburgh, as executive vice-president and chief operating officer in April.
He most recently has been senior vice-president, production and resource development, at Continental Resources Inc., Oklahoma City. He earlier worked at Chesapeake Energy Corp., Kinder Morgan Inc., ConocoPhillips, Burlington Resources Inc., and Exxon Corp.
