Petrobras lets semisubmersible contract to Prosafe

Petróleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) has let a contract to Prosafe SE for provision of the Safe Zephyrus semisubmersible vessel for safety and maintenance support offshore Brazil.

The Safe Zephyrus will mobilize to Brazil soon after conclusion of its current contract in the North Sea in mid-December 2022.

The $73-million contract has a firm commitment of 650 days and an early commencement date of May 1, 2023.
