TAG Oil Ltd., Vancouver, BC, has received final approval from New Zealand Petroleum and Minerals to sell substantially all its Taranaki basin assets and operations in New Zealand to Tamarind Resources Pte. Ltd., Kuala Lumpur, and certain subsidiaries (OGJ Online, Nov. 7, 2018).
TAG and Tamarind expect to close the deal within the next 30 days.
