ADNOC Onshore lets hydraulic fracturing services contract

The contract’s scope of work includes design, execution, and evaluation of multistage hydraulic fracturing treatments deployed across a range of Abu Dhabi assets.

ADNOC Onshore has let an integrated hydraulic fracturing services contract to ADNOC Drilling Co. PJSC for conventional and tight reservoirs. The 5-year agreement, valued at $800 million, is set to start in third-quarter 2025.

The contract’s scope of work includes the design, execution and evaluation of multistage hydraulic fracturing treatments, which will be deployed across a wide range of assets in Abu Dhabi, ADNOC Onshore said in a release June 30.

ADNOC Drilling will deploy proprietary fracturing simulation software, intelligent fluid systems, and automated pumping units and blending systems.
