HOUSTON, Oct. 5 -- Dansk Olie & Naturagas AS (DONG), Horsholm, Denmark, has appointed Brent Cheshire as managing director of its British subsidiary, DONG (UK) LTD.

Cheshire previously worked for Royal Dutch/Shell Group and Amerada Hess Corp. where he was managing director, Amerada Hess Scandinavian operations and his latest responsibility was for Amerada Hess' global technical activities.
