Paco Oil & Gas changes name

HOUSTON, Jan. 14 -- Paco Oil & Gas Inc. will change its name to Paco Integrated Energy Inc. The name change is reflective of the company's recent acquisition of WW Oil & Gas Inc. and its intention to become more diversified in areas such as alternative energy resources.

Existing Paco Oil & Gas share certificates will be automatically recognized under the new company name. Shareholders are not required to surrender their certificates.
