Webb elected operations VP at Panhandle Oil & Gas

Freda R. Webb has been appointed vice-president, operations of Panhandle Oil & Gas Inc., Oklahoma City, effective Jan. 1.

Currently reservoir engineering manager, Webb previously served as a reservoir engineering consultant for the firm from 2011 to 2015. Before joining Panhandle, she held various reservoir engineering, acquisitions, corporate planning, and management positions for Cities Services Co., Occidental Petroleum Corp., and Southwestern Energy Co. She has more than 35 years of experience.

The move comes as Paul Blanchard, currently senior vice-president and chief operating officer, succeeds the retiring Michael C. Coffman as president and chief executive officer, also effective Jan. 1 (OGJ Online, Mar. 16, 2016).
