Blanchard to be CEO of Panhandle Oil & Gas

Paul F. Blanchard has been named president and chief executive officer of Panhandle Oil & Gas Inc., Oklahoma City, succeeding Michael C. Coffman, who will retire at yearend.

Blanchard joined Panhandle in 2009 and is now senior vice-president and chief operating officer.

Coffman joined Panhandle in 1990 and became president and CEO in 2007.
