bp has extended the contract for the Stena Icemax mobile offshore drilling unit (MODU).
bp will mobilize the MODU to the Gulf of Mexico for a further scope of 2 years in direct continuation of the initial one well program (estimated 90 days) offshore Newfoundland (OGJ Online, July 7, 2022).
